Welcome to Agora Nexus. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our private members group (s). By joining, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating and proceeding with your registration.

Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions, materials, and member identities.
Engage respectfully and professionally with other members.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any offensive behavior.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Confidentiality

All discussions (In Person, Virtual Agora and via Agora Clinic), shared resources, and information within the Group Chat are strictly confidential. Members are prohibited from sharing any such information with non-members unless compliant with Chatham House Rule

5. Fees and Payments (If Applicable) If there are attendance fees for various activities , they will be clearly communicated. Non-payment of fees will result in participation of activity declined.

6. Termination of Membership

The Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violations of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Group and its administrators are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal consequences resulting from interactions within the Group. Members participate at their own risk.

8. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the legal jurisdiction of England & Wales.
